E-guide on climate services for resilient development

The World Bank has recently released an online course on its Open Learning Campus platform, focused on information for managing the risks and uncertainties of a changing climate.  Especially oriented to practitioners and policy makers, it includes a special module on the use of Earth Observation for weather and climate services in developing countries.
